到一个地方旅游，如果有时间，一定要去当地博物馆看看。这样对一个地区的历史和现状了解会更深入全面一点。到四川没去三星堆、金沙、望丛祠、川大博物馆，很难说你对蜀地蜀人有了深入了解。
2015年9月10日上午，张六炳同学陪同我们一起去新疆维吾尔自治区博物馆。
新疆维吾尔自治区博物馆是自治区唯一省级综合性博物馆，是全疆最大的文物标本收藏、保护、研究、宣传机构。
我们在西域历史记忆展厅，详细浏览了“文明的曙光”、“金石之光耀天山”、“汉通西域开先河”、“群雄争霸民族融合”、“大唐雄威置安西”、“勇捷回鹘迁天山”、“蒙古西征立汉国”等展览。
其实，汉通西域前，西域就存在许多小国家，而且经常和中原地区发生战争，这种冲突一直延续到汉、唐。结局是汉、唐逐渐将西域统一纳入中国的版图。
今天一带一路大战略，新疆将发挥重要作用。
