龙(扑克)
龙是中华民族进入农业社会后创造的一种虚拟动物，属于水物，它的产生与农业对水的需求有关。《说文》：龙，鳞虫之长，春分而登天，秋分而潜渊。“鳞虫”即水蛇、鳄鱼之类。龙平时住在水里，春分时节登天化雨滋润禾苗。龙的形象相当泛化，但标准的龙形体现在帝王身上：伏羲女娲人首蛇身。“蛇身”即蛇形纹身，是古越族习俗。后世帝王不再纹身，但黄袍上的龙还是细长蟠曲的蛇形之身。《说文》：南蛮、东南越，蛇种。《路史》：三皇蛇身。《乙巳占》：越云如龙。这些记载表明帝王身上的龙纹来源于越文化的蛇。自古龙凤连称。龙为雨，凤即风。
